Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after your purchase is placed. During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to customs, weather, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes.

Free Shipping

I'm happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear.

Multiple Packages

To get your order to you as efficiently as possible, items may be shipped separately. If you've ordered multiple products, they may arrive in different packages and on different days.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Penny + Petal is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
